By participating in this event, I declare that I:

Do not currently have any COVID-19 symptoms
Am not currently supposed to be in quarantine because I am a confirmed, close or casual contact of a COVID case
Have not been to a high risk geographical area in the past 14 days and are NOT fully vaccinated (at least 14 days following 2 doses) AND have not returned a negative swab result in the last 48 hours.
Have not travelled overseas in the last 14 days.
Am following all State/Territory guidelines as much as possible to limit my exposure to Covid-19.
Will comply with all guidelines outlined in this document to reduce the spread of Covid-19 while attending this Pink Hope event.
